Creating a luxury experience at every touch point
High end means high expectations. Monogram appliances make a kitchen look polished, but the process for specifiers, designers, and installers getting to the finished product left a lot to be desired. Lasting impressions from the experience weren't always desirable and opportunities to create brand loyalty were being left on the kitchen table.

Outcome
After cataloging various pain points in the current brand and process through a variety of audits and interviews, we were able to identify & establish core brand tenants. These tenants helped to build a North Star journey that would serve as a roadmap for organizing attainable, horizon-based goals that would improve not only the overall experience for the different audiences but would make Monogram synonymous with luxury.
